Settings: 23. Ohio Pumping Report Form

When you first access the Ohio Pumping Report Form settings, you'll need to activate them.

🛑 If you do not provide septic or grease pumping services in Ohio, you may skip these settings.

✅ Check the option to activate the Ohio Pumping Report Form.

Tank Track lists, and allows you to edit, each local health department that you work with.

ℹ️ If you do not have any contacts in the system, no health departments will be listed. As you add contacts in the system, Tank Track will list the applicable health departments, as determined by the cities and counties of your contacts.

⚠️ A yellow-highlighted "Missing Registration #" alert means that you need to enter your registration number for that health department. Some Ohio counties assign a local registration number, while other health departments accept your state registration number.

Configuring Health Department Information

👆 Click the health department link to edit the health department's information.

Clicking a health department link displays detailed information about the health department.

The health department's phone number.

— Registration # (Editable)

⌨️ Enter your local registration number assigned by the health department; otherwise, enter your state registration number.

— Website (Non-Editable)

The health department's website.

— Email (Editable)

The health department's email address that accepts electronic Ohio Septage Pumping Report Forms.

ℹ️ The email address is prefilled; however, you may edit it if the health department prefers to receive forms at a different email address.

— Will Accept Forms by Email Option

✅ Check the "Will accept forms by email" option to indicate that the health department accepts electronic Ohio Septage Pumping Report Forms.

— Email Send History (Non-Editable)

A list of all electronic Ohio Septage Pumping Report Forms emailed to the health department.

When an Ohio Septage Pumping Report Form s completed, you may have that form emailed to yourself.

✅ Check the option to email a PDF copy of completed forms to yourself.

⌨️ Enter the email address to send PDF copies of completed forms.

You may automate the Ohio Septage Pumping Report Form process to help ensure compliance with health department regulations.

✅ Check the "Auto-Send completed pumping reports to everyone" option to automatically send completed pumping reports to customers, health departments, and yourself.

• ✅ Check the "When invoice is marked complete" option to automatically send the form when the invoice is marked complete.

• ✅ Check the "30-90 minutes after Time Out" option to automatically send the form 30 to 90 minutes after the "time out" time on the invoice.

• ✅ Check the "At [TIME] every day" option to automatically send the form at the selected time every day.
