Section 1: Activation
When you first access the Request Customer Reviews settings, you'll need to activate them.
â Check the option to activate the ability to request reviews from your customers.

Section 2: Set Default Status for Requesting Customer Reviews
You may request customers to submit reviews on a designated social media site either automatically or manually when sending invoices.
A customer review request is sent through a separate email or text, depending on customer e-contact preferences, after sending an invoice.
đ Select whether to:
automatically request customer reviews; or
manually request customer reviews.
âšī¸ Most subscribers select the manual option to minimize the risk of receiving a poor review from a disappointed or difficult customer.

Section 3: Social Media Links
You may select the social media site link where your customers should leave reviews.
đ Select Facebook to let your customers leave reviews on your Facebook business page.
â¨ī¸ Enter the URL to your Facebook business page.
đ Select Google Business to let your customers leave reviews on your Google Business page.
â¨ī¸ Enter the URL to your Google Business page.
đ Select the customized option to let your customers leave reviews on a customized social media page.
â¨ī¸ Enter the name of the customized social media page.
â¨ī¸ Enter the URL to your customized social media page.
âšī¸ You may include different social media links for each of your headquarters.

Section 4: Customize Your Email
You may customize the language of your customer review request.
â Subject Line
đ Select the subject line option to display in your customer review request.
â Opening Sequence
đ Select the opening sequence option to display in your customer review request.
â Optional Line
â Check whether to include the optional line in your customer review request.
